Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver plants within Victoria only.
Interstate delivery is not available at launch.
We’ll update our shipping information when this changes in the near future.
You can also subscribe to our mailing list for updates on the homepage.
Can you combine separate orders?
To keep packing and dispatch accurate, each checkout is treated as a separate order and shipped separately.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to combine orders after they have been placed or refund additional shipping charges.
If you would like several plants delivered together, please add everything to the same cart before checking out.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order.
1-3 Items $22 - Express Aus Post
3 or more $44 - Express Aus Post
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch plants on selected weekdays to reduce unnecessary time in transit and avoid having live plants held at an Australian Post depot over the weekend.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your Victorian postcode however most plants are delivered within 2 days.
The tracking link provided after dispatch will contain the most current delivery estimate.
Delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control, but please contact us if your parcel appears to be significantly delayed and we will endeavour to help.
How are the plants packed?
Every plant is carefully packed to protect its leaves, stems and growing medium while in transit.
Minor movement of soil or small cosmetic changes can occur during delivery. This is normal for a living plant and does not necessarily indicate damage.
Will I receive the exact plant pictured?
The product listing type will tell you when the photograph shows the exact plant available for purchase.
Where several similar plants are available, the photographs may be representative.
Natural variation in leaf shape, colour, size and variegation should be expected.
What should I do when my plant arrives?
Open your parcel as soon as possible after delivery and carefully remove all protective packaging.
Check the plant and photograph its condition immediately if you notice significant damage or another problem.
We suggest leaving the plant in one place for a few weeks to acclimate to your home.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 24 hours of delivery—and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the entire plant
- Close-up photographs of any damage.
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
We’ll assess what happened and contact you with the appropriate next step.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund either in part or full.
Reporting the issue promptly helps us determine whether damage occurred during transit.
This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Do you accept returns or change-of-mind refunds?
Because plants are living and perishable products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds where you simply change your mind, order the wrong plant or no longer want the order.
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, significantly damaged, not fit for purpose or materially different from its description.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
If the plant has shipped we cannot cancel the order.
Separate orders cannot be merged after checkout.
What happens if I provide the wrong delivery address?
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
We’ll try to correct it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfilment or has been collected by Aus Post.
